Ember operates this online store at emberlamps.com. These Terms describe the rules for using the store and purchasing Ember products. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

We describe products and pricing as accurately as possible. Colors can vary by screen and product details may change. An order is accepted when Ember confirms it and payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary and will contact the email provided at checkout.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. Ember does not receive or store complete card numbers.

Shipping

We offer Free US shipping on every order. Delivery estimates are shown on product and checkout pages and can vary because of carrier or other events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Products must meet the conditions in that policy.

The Ember name, logo, product names, images, text and site design belong to Ember or their respective licensors. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, reproduce or republish store content without written permission.
